Privacy Policy
How information is handled on the Northwood Global corporate website.
Last updated: October 2, 20261. Scope of this notice
Northwood Global Distribution LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes through this corporate website at northwoodglobal.co and related corporate communications. This notice explains that processing. The website presents company information and supports inquiries from financial institutions, service providers and other business partners.
This website does not provide customer accounts, a shopping cart or checkout. Our retail websites have separate privacy notices describing their specific processing activities. Those separate notices do not change the identity or responsibilities of the company operating those stores.
2. Information processed
When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, role, email address, other contact details, message content and attachments. Providing information through our corporate contact channel is voluntary, but we may be unable to address an inquiry without the relevant details. This website does not have a message submission form.
Our hosting and security provider may process technical information, including your IP address, the requested page, browser and device information, request time and response information, to deliver, operate and protect the website. Infrastructure metrics may also be used to understand technical performance. A static website does not mean that no technical information is processed.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment card details or identity documents unless we specifically request the information through an appropriate channel. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
3. How information is used
We use information provided through our corporate contact address to respond to inquiries, communicate with financial institutions and business partners, verify relevant business relationships, and administer the related corporate correspondence. Technical information is used to deliver the website, diagnose problems, maintain security and prevent misuse. Information may also be needed to comply with applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not use information provided through this corporate contact channel to send marketing newsletters, create advertising audiences or conduct targeted advertising.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be our legitimate interests in responding to corporate inquiries, managing business relationships and protecting the website, subject to the rights of the people concerned; compliance with a legal obligation; or performance of a contract with you or steps you request before entering one. Where consent is required for a specific activity, it must be obtained separately. Visiting this website is not blanket consent to additional uses of personal information.
5. Providers and disclosure
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery and infrastructure security. Zoho Mail processes messages sent to our corporate email address. These providers process the information relevant to the services they supply. Their own privacy notices also explain processing for which they determine their own purposes.
Corporate correspondence is used by the people handling the relevant inquiry or business relationship. We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or address a legal claim. Any disclosure must be limited to the information relevant to its purpose.
No method of transmission or storage provides an absolute security guarantee. Please use an appropriate private channel when exchanging confidential records; documents for verification should not be uploaded to the public website.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the relevant corporate inquiry, administer and document a business relationship, comply with applicable legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention depends on the nature of the information, whether the matter remains open, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. We periodically review corporate correspondence and delete personal information that is no longer needed, unless there is a lawful reason to retain it.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in backups. Any remaining copies are subject to the applicable backup retention and deletion procedures.
7. International processing
Our hosting and email providers operate internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located, including the United States, and may be accessed by personnel working from other countries. The data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your country.
International processing remains subject to applicable data protection requirements. For information about the providers, processing locations or safeguards relevant to your interaction with us, contact contact@northwoodglobal.co.
8. Your requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain information about our processing, access or correct your personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.
To ask a question or submit a privacy request, contact contact@northwoodglobal.co. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized representative, without collecting unnecessary sensitive information.
We will address requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain when a request cannot be fully fulfilled. You may ask us to reconsider a response, use an appeal process where applicable, or complain to the relevant data protection authority. Nothing in this notice limits those rights.
9. Retail websites and other links
Infinite Closet, Closet Club and Sportive Side are the retail operations presented in this website’s directory. Their websites have separate notices describing the information processed for shopping, payments, delivery and customer support. Separate notices do not remove Northwood’s responsibilities for the stores it operates.
Other links may lead to websites operated by unrelated organizations, which have their own information practices. Review the applicable notice on each website you visit. This corporate notice does not replace those notices or describe every processing activity across our retail operations.
10. Updates and contact
We will post changes to this notice on this page and update the revision date shown above. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before applying the change. A change to this notice does not by itself authorize an unrelated new use of previously collected information.
The version available on this page applies from its publication unless a later effective date is stated.
Questions about this notice may be sent to contact@northwoodglobal.co. The responsible company is Northwood Global Distribution LLC, formed in New Mexico, United States. Our Company page provides the company’s public filing information.
